Very interesting insights yesterday at Solarplaza Summit Italy about EPC and Asset Management Landscape.
It’s time to plan and to approach the construction of a project in an organic and integrate way, where all the actors involved have to cooperate since the preliminary phase of the initiative in order to avoid delays, blocks for reasons caused by only a not correct coordination and communication between parties.
It is possible to save time and money only if there is a good planning, because fail to plan is planning to fail.
