TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server response (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS

Data subjects have the right to obtain from Studio Tecnico BPF S.r.l., where appropriate, access to their personal data and the rectification or erasure of such data or restriction of processing concerning them or to object to the processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation) by contacting our Data Controller by post at the registered office of STUDIO TECNICO BFP S.R.L. at Via Degli Arredatori, 8 cap.70026, Modugno (BA), or by writing to our email address info@bfpgroup.net. Data subjects may request access to data concerning them, their deletion, rectification of inaccurate data, integration of incomplete data, limitation of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 GDPR, and opposition to processing, for reasons related to their particular situation, in cases of legitimate interest of the controller.

Furthermore, data subjects, where processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means, may request the portability of their data and receive them in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, as well as, if technically feasible, to have them transmitted to another controller without hindrance.

RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site is in breach of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the Member State where they habitually reside or work or where the alleged violation occurred (Art. 77 of the Regulation), or to take appropriate legal action (Art. 79 of the Regulation).
