On 24th January 2011, the Energy Services Administrator finally published the Guide to the third \u201cConto Energia\u201d, providing details on the application procedure for photovoltaic plant incentives, in accordance with the Ministerial Decree of 6th August 2010.<\/div>\n

The document represents a means by which to comprehensively consult the normative framework of reference, as well as providing information on the application procedure for incentive tariffs and relative bonuses.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
The guidelines therefore illustrate various important aspects relating to photovoltaic plants, such as:<\/div>\n
\u2022    connecting plants to the network;<\/div>\n
\u2022    measuring energy produced;<\/div>\n
\u2022    exploitation of energy produced by plants;<\/div>\n
\u2022    distribution of incentives.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Document attachments also provide details of technical regulations which need to complied with in order to satisfy incentive requirements, as well as basic information regarding technical and economic aspects specific to photovoltaic solar conversion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Following the outcome of its consultation and various verifications by electric energy and gas Authorities, GSE will publish both technical regulations, containing methods of execution of directives established by the Ministerial Decree 6th August 2010 and by deliberation ARG\/elt 181\/10, and the Guide to innovated applications for the architectural integration of photovoltaic plants.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
