Valentina Mastromarino, Arch. Roberto Sajeva<\/em> and <em>Eng. <\/em><em>Milena Miglionico<\/em>, that carried out for <em>IEH<\/em> all the technical Due Diligence services, included administrative check services, technical survey and yield assessment.<\/p>\n<p>The process saw BFP working together with other vendor advisors, such as the <em>IEH<\/em>\u2019s advisor <em>Prothea<\/em>, the legal advisor <em>Legance, <\/em>and the insurance advisor <em>Marsh<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The purchaser <em>EF Solare Italia Spa<\/em> was assisted by <em>EOS<\/em> as technical advisor, <em>Arcus<\/em> as financial advisor and <em>Orrick <\/em>as legal advisor.<\/p>\n<p><em>Banca IMI<\/em> acted as facility agent, while <em>Mediocredito Italiano<\/em> of Intesa <em>San Paolo Group<\/em> financed the 34.4 MWp portfolio, that comprises 11 companies for a total of 31 PV plants, all operating and connected to the grid since on average 6 years, and generates electricity for about 50 GWh per year.<\/p>\n<p>Eng. Gianluca Biscotti, Executive Chairman of BFP, thanks all the involved consulting companies for their constructive engagement, as well as BFP\u2019s team for the commitment shown in this operation which lasted more than a year.
