BFP <\/strong>assisted UniCredit <\/strong>as Technical Adviser in the project finance loan of \u20ac 35.9 million in favour of GR Value 2,<\/strong> company of the GR Value group, in relation to the acquisition, management and maintenance of a portfolio of 22 photovoltaic plants located in the whole national territory for a total power of approximately 15.5 MW, of which approximately 5 MW already acquired and the remaining in an advanced stage of acquisition, mainly through the purchase of the entire share capital of various special-purpose entities.<\/p>\n

BFP provided assistance in relation to the technical due diligence and testing activities of part of the plants, with a team led by Gianluca Biscotti<\/strong> and the Head of TDD Team Valentina Mastromarino,<\/strong> also involving the engineers Silvia Toriello<\/strong> and Ileana Pagliara <\/strong>for all the authorization and tariff aspects, and the engineers Filippo Muti Dicecca<\/strong> and Giuseppe Iacobellis<\/strong> for the activities of technical checks and testing.<\/p>\n

BFP <\/strong>ha assistito\u00a0UniCredit <\/strong>quale Technical Adviser nel finanziamento su base project finance di 35,9 milioni di euro a favore di\u00a0GR Value 2,<\/strong>\u00a0societ\u00e0 del gruppo GR Value, in relazione all\u2019acquisizione, gestione e manutenzione di un portafoglio di 22 impianti fotovoltaici situati su tutto il territorio nazionale per una potenza complessiva di circa 15,5 MW, di cui circa 5 MW gi\u00e0 acquisiti e i rimanenti in fase avanzata di acquisizione, principalmente tramite l\u2019acquisto dell\u2019intero capitale sociale di diverse societ\u00e0 di scopo.<\/p>\n

BFP ha prestato assistenza in relazione alle attivit\u00e0 di due diligence tecnica e testing di parte degli impianti con un team guidato da\u00a0Gianluca Biscotti<\/strong>\u00a0e dall\u2019Head of TDD Team Valentina Mastromarino,<\/strong> e che ha visto coinvolti, per tutti i profili autorizzativi e tariffari, gli ingegneri Silvia Toriello<\/strong> e Ileana Pagliara<\/strong> e, per gli aspetti di verifiche tecniche e testing, gli ingegneri Filippo Muti Dicecca<\/strong> e Giuseppe Iacobellis.<\/strong><\/p>\n

BFP<\/strong> ha asistido a UniCredit como Asesor T\u00e9cnico en la financiaci\u00f3n de proyectos por valor de 35,9 millones de euros a favor de las empresa GR Value 2<\/strong> del grupo GR Value, en relaci\u00f3n con la adquisici\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n y mantenimiento de una cartera de 22 plantas fotovoltaicas situadas en toda Italia. Las plantas cuentan con una capacidad total de aproximadamente 15,5 MW, de los cuales aproximadamente 5 MW ya han sido adquiridos y el resto se encuentra en una fase avanzada de adquisici\u00f3n, principalmente mediante la adquisici\u00f3n de la totalidad del capital social de varias empresas de diversos \u00e1mbitos.<\/p>\n

BFP prest\u00f3 asistencia en relaci\u00f3n con actividades de Technical Due Diligence y pruebas de parte de las instalaciones, con un equipo dirigido por Gianluca Biscotti<\/strong> y la jefa del equipo TDD Valentina Mastromarino<\/strong>.
